Nakhon Nayok - Khlong 16 was investigated
urgently and carefully today after a drunken guy found 2 bodies of children in
the belly of a big crocodile.
Mr. Pong Paitoon, the 30 years old witness
told the police that while he was drinking some alcohol, he saw the crocodile
lying on the banks of khlong 16. With impetuousness, he decided to kill it and
then slashed its belly with a chopping knife in order to be his appetizer. But he had to be shocked when he found 2
bodies inside. He decided to call 191 “I thought I found 2 bodies in the
crocodile’s belly, it had to be the bodies of children.”
Paitoon said alarmingly to the police “The
crocodile had to swallow them while they were swimming. First time, I found
only their legs but I weren’t sure it was the legs of humans." Paitoon
added that he started to be shocked when he found their heads later, “It was
the worst day, I didn’t want to get trouble so called 191”

“We
found 2 bodies inside indeed, they all are boys in school uniforms”, said
trooper Pichat Madee. “After we got a phone call around 9 p.m. we came and
examined the scene hurriedly. We found a drunken guy he told me about the
bodies and led me to the corpse of the crocodile. With the help of Dr. Pornthip
Rojanasunan, we could know that these boys were dead at least 3 hours, the
first boy was named Mana Pasan (10 years old) and the last one was named Manop
Pasan (9 years old).” the police said.
1 hour later after the police came to
investigate, a lot of residents crowded around the scene including their
parents.
“They were dead because of being drowned not
being bitten, they had no any wounds so the crocodile only swallowed them”,
Rojanasunan said.
Moreover, a lot of residents shouted that
this was not the first time, but no concerned persons came to examine.
